I am so bad at updating this blog!! Just wanted to throw in a shot of my niece on her 5th birthday a couple weeks ago.

Last shoot for the year is today and I’m hoping the sun peeks out a little bit. This will be the last shoot until spring actually. Sometimes people ask me to do photowork during the winter and in the past I would have said yes, but have figured out that it is just too hard to plan around the weather (since I shoot with natural light, I don’t really do any indoor/studio set-ups). Plus real cold weather is not good for cameras… or my toes! So I will not be available during the winter months for any commissioned photo sessions.

Winter is my least favorite season.. Not a fan of the cold or snow! Only for Christmas :)

Spencer and I had a little photoshoot outside my apartment a week or two ago! I was so surprised that he actually sit still and let me take his picture because usually he just ignores me when I have my camera out now haha. It’s hard to get 2 year olds to pose. He was being super cute with the little pumpkin I gave him though!

Since it’s so hard for me to find time during the week to actually take any pictures.. I’m putting up this one from last fall!

I am going to try to post at least one photo on my blog every day from now on; and if not every single day… at least a few times a week! I have not been taking (even close to) the amount of pictures I used to take on a regular basis. Not sure why - but that needs to change!

Also just in case anyone doesn’t know - If you click on the photos posted you can view them at larger sizes! I hope everyone is enjoying this nice fall weather before the snow starts falling.
